Workshops available are:
Personal Branding: The group goes through a personal branding exercise to ultimately get them to their personal brand statement. We then do small group discussions to share and give feedback.
Team Dynamics: In this exercise the team will take an assessment in advance to understand their Working Genius strength. We then will review in the workshop the different Working Genius types and where the team has key strengths and where there are gaps to be aware of and how the team can then apply that knowledge to work more cohesively together.
Mindfulness & Self-Awareness: This is a powerful self-awareness exercise where we uncover what your sage and saboteurs are and how that impacts your work life. You will leave this workshop with a new found appreciation and understanding for where you are and what you have accomplished and then how to keep this new perspective as you go in to the future.
Art of Framing: In this workshop you will learn how to properly frame your ideas and become a better presenter that follows a 3 step simple framework that will capture your audiences attention. We will then have a chance to do a small group exercise where we will practice re-framing real life situations.
Life/Career Vision: This is a great workshop when needing clarity on where you need to go as an individual or as a team. In this workshop we will go through an exercise to gain clarity on what your north star is both in your personal life and your career, which will be your starting point for building a plan to get there!
