✨ Rise & Shine: Do You Know What You Want?

Good Morning, Friends!!

This question is something I always ask my clients before kicking off: Do you know what you want?

Some of them have an idea, some absolutely are clear, but so many look at me like they wish they knew!

I COMPLETELY get it. I was the same way before I made the pivots in my career.

I remember after my daughter called me out for not being happy anymore, I sat with this question for daaaayyysss. 

While I needed that wake up call because I wasn’t showing up for myself or my family in the way I wanted, I didn’t know how to fix it at the time.

All I knew in that moment was, “I don’t know, but I know it’s not this.”

You may be thinking right now, “I don’t know how to answer this question either.”

Here’s the thing though, there isn’t a “right” or “wrong” way to answer it because it can only be found inside of us. We are the only person that can answer that for ourselves. 

Here’s where I dive in with my clients to find their TRUTH, because 👉 Clarity is power.

When you know what you want (even if it’s just the next tiny step) everything shifts.

You stop running from what you don’t want and start moving toward something that feels right.

You start making choices with intention instead of by default.

And that’s when doors start opening.

Sometimes clarity isn’t a giant lightning bolt, it’s a small flicker that points you in the right direction.

Why this matters:

I’ve always been a lifelong learner—degrees, certifications, endless curiosity. And that hunger to grow is what fuels me today as I help others step into careers that feel aligned and fulfilling.

Because your career path shouldn’t be about checking boxes. It should be about building something that feels authentic and sustainable.
